She writes articles on plant-based diets for her local community newspaper and holds workshops on teaching how to incorporate whole foods into the diet. Sandy lives in rural Pennsylvania, she loves where she lives, being in the country, fresh air, mountains, spring water, and her garden: life is great. Sandy loves photography (the pictures in this book are hers.) She and her husband own a nursery where they grow shrubs, and perennials six months out of the year and vegetables all year long. She promotes local food. She is also an animal lover and she has three beautiful granddaughters. Sandy is all about simplicity, getting back to nature and clean eating. Life is about progress not perfection. One of Sandy's mottos is "Live, Love, Let Go" Sandy received her formal training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program. Her education has equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health.
