Pressestimmen

"Recent books have brought into the lime-light America's founding fathers. But with the exception of Alexander Hamilton, no cohesive treatment has been given to the individuals who dominated the financial scene during their time. This book, which is skillfully structured and well written, fills this void. It should be an essential read for history buffs and all who want to know more about the genesis of the American financial system." - Henry Kaufman, author of On Money and Markets: A Wall Street Memoir"
