Kelvin Jarvis (MA, Loughborough University; FLA, Fellow of the [British] Library Association) is Librarian/Documentalist, Faculty of Education, University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. He has extensive work experience as a Reference/Documents Librarian in Ontario, Trinidad, and Tobago and was formerly a Sub-Librarian in the Language and Literature Dept., Manchester Public Libraries, England.
