Dream Brother was a finalist for the prestigious Ralph J. Gleason Music Book Awards, has been published in the U.S., U.K., France, Australia, and Italy, and has sold nearly 100,000 copies worldwide. It was recently optioned for a feature film project. Amped was arguably one of the few books to receive plaudits from Esquire, Maxim, and The Christian Science Monitor. A former reporter and columnist for the New York Daily News, Browne has also contributed to The New York Times, New York, Rolling Stone, Mojo, Spin, Sports Illustrated, and other publications, and has been reprinted in Neil Young: The Rolling Stone Reader. He lives in New York City with his wife and daughter.
